Measure your opening
Whether it's a door, a window, or a garage, flowStops need a frame with some depth to push against. If your opening has a frame, measure its width and depth. Standard FlowStops are 31.5” inches high but don't take any risk and make them as high as you need.

Calculate your Cost
FlowStop flood barriers are priced per square inch.
We multiply the numerical width of your opening with the height. We then multiply this number by $0.60 for your cost per unit minus tax and shipping. Check our Price calculator here.

Orders and delivery expectations
Some sizes are standard and might be in our inventory. These orders will be delivered within 1 week. If a custom size is needed, allow for manufacturing time and delivery, which may be up to 4-5 weeks.

When is the appropriate time to setup my Flowstop?Flowstop devices can be set up minutes before a flood may occur. To avoid unneeded disaster though, we suggest that you set up your Flowstop at the first warning of a potential flood.

Can Flowstop withstand extreme temperature?Even in extremely high temperatures Flowstop will experience no alteration of shape or resistance. Flowstop has been tested at temperatures as high as 167 degrees Fahrenheit.

How do I store my flowstop?Flowstop are easy to roll and can be kept in their original box, or can bu hung from their handle.

Can I see a demo?Currently, we are offering a demo program whereby you contact us and we will send a demo device to your house.

What size Flowstop should I order?You should order a flowstop exactly the size of your opening. Measure the width of your opening (in inches) that needs protection, not the size of the actual door/window and place your order. Please visit our tutorials for more information.

What size do you have?Most Flowstop devices are custom-made to fit your openings. We can custom-make any size or shape. Our standard sizes are rectangular shapes with 31.5" in height, 6" - 7.5" in depth, and 30"- 177" in width. We can also custom-make round or square devices.

How much does it cost?We charge $0.6 per Square Inch: Multiply the Width of your opening by the Height you need to get you total square inch. Multiply your total square inch by $0.6. A 36" wide flowstop with a standard height of 31.5" costs: 36 * 31.5 * 0.6 = $680

I don't have a framed opening; my window is flushed. Can I still use Flowstop?Yes! If you don't have a framed opening, reach out to us, we suggest poles to mount on your wall to help the Flowstop in place.

Do I need to purchase tools or other equipment to use my Flowstop?No, there is no need for any additional installation tools or property modification. Your order includes a pump to inflate your Flowstop.

How long does it take to receive my Flowstop device?Standard sizes are usually kept within our inventory and will ship within 3 business days. Custom sizes may take up to 3 weeks to produce and will ship immediately after production.
