Who is he?
Lead technician with FLOWSTOP, Richard has been with the company since day one when it started in Florida.
He actually got involved because he lives in a flood zone and was looking for a way to protect his own home. He ended up using FlowStops during Hurricane Helene — and they saved his house. That experience made him realize how effective the solution really is.
Since then, he has been working as a technician and also helping to improve the product over time, "being part of a team that’s building something that really helps people".
