1. Custom-Made Protection - FlowStop is a custom-made inflatable device designed to reduce the risk of damages from exterior flooding.

3. "Height & Protection Level - The Height of the FlowStop listed on your quote includes the entire device. The gasket does not extend to the top, meaning the effective flood protection level is 5 inches less than the height."

4. Frame Depth Requirement - To function correctly, the frame depth of the opening must be at least two-thirds of the FlowStop’s own depth.

5. "Surface & Frame Requirements - The surface in contact with FlowStop must be flat and textured. Surfaces too sleek like aluminium or painted wood needs anti-skid tapes. If any, Grouts or ledges must not exceed 1/3 of an inch. * Frame walls must be parallel for a proper seal."

6. Width of your FlowStop - Your flowstops will arrive wider than listed on this invoice. Up to 2 inches wider. This is by design and will ensure maximum efficiency.

7. Not a Hurricane Shutter Replacement - FlowStop is designed for flood protection and should not be used as a substitute for hurricane shutters.
