During floods and heavy rains, overloaded sewers often cause sewage to backflow into rooms via toilets and pipes, resulting in indoor flooding, property damage and sanitary risks. Our inflatable pipe plug is designed for emergency flood prevention. Simply insert and inflate to form a tight seal, thoroughly cutting off backflow of filthy water. It also serves temporary pipe blocking for pipeline maintenance.

Important information before buying:

​1. Custom-Made Protection. FlowStop offers custom-made inflatable products designed to reduce the risk of damages from exterior flooding (each, a “Product”).

2. Agreement Terms. All purchases of a Product are governed by Seller’s Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) (LINK), together with the accompanying signed quotation (a “Sales Confirmation”) and any invoice covering the sale of Products (collectively, the “Agreement”). The Agreement shall at all times govern and prevail over any conflicting Buyer terms, whether submitted before or after this invoice.

In the event the Parties have executed a separate written contract that expressly states it supersedes the Terms, the provisions of that contract shall govern solely to the extent of any inconsistency. By paying this invoice or receiving the Products referenced herein, whichever occurs first, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the Agreement.

3. Non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable. Each Product is manufactured to the exact dimensions provided by you, the Buyer. Please refer to FlowStop’s User Manual to ensure your measurements are accurate before ordering: https://www.flowstopfloodbarrier.com/how-to.

4. Height & Protection Level.

- The Height of the Product listed on your Quote includes the entire Product.

- The gasket does not extend to the top, meaning the effective flood protection level is 5 inches less than the height of the Product.

5. Width of your Product. The Products will arrive in a width up to 2 inches wider than listed on this invoice. This is by design and will ensure maximum efficiency of the Products.

6. Not a Hurricane Shutter Replacement. The Product is designed for flood protection and should not be used as a substitute for hurricane shutters.

7. Production Lead Time. Please note that delivery dates are estimates only. Seller arranges and covers transport, and bears the risk of loss or damage during transit. Seller cannot be held responsible for delays or any related losses caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including Force Majeure, as set out in the Agreement.
